Martin / D-18 Shaded Top

"Shaded Top" with a small number of productions and very rare.
Valuable Shaded Top, made in 1976.

Martin's Shaded Top refers to a special finish on the top of the acoustic guitar, part of the Martin D series.
Shaded TOP is the difference in coloring shades, highlighting the expression of the wooden ring, creating an antique atmosphere.

However, Shaded Top is technically very delicate and only mastered this technology.
For this reason, Shaded Top guitars are very rare and difficult to obtain.

The pickguard is replaced with the same black as the original, and the body top has crack repair along the inside of the pickguard. The holes in the end pin are expanded, but no pickups are now installed. The exterior with a dignified wesser check overall.
It is a bright, glossy and beautiful tone for a mahogany/square rod. One with a strong presence with the color ♪

[condition]
The condition of the neck is inspected and adjusted by an acoustic guitar professional craftsman, and all parts are good.
The neck is adjusted straight and has no vibration or clogging, and the string height on the 12th fret is set to the optimal state of 2.2 mm on the 6 string side and about 2 mm on the first string side.
The remaining saddle is about 2mm.
