I'm selling my disc versions of both of these, as I got another license for each with my MPC-X.
They are both out of production now! Compatible with the MPC software and some of the hardware models that didn't normally come with them (only the high end systems did). Check your specific scenario.
Both discs load fine. They have some scuffing from sitting on the desktop, but I did double check them and no problems loading whatsoever.
"The 809" has all the classic Roland TR-808 and TR-909 sounds you could ever want. Sold new for 39.99
"The Bank" is a full workstation class synth, massive array of sounds. Sold new for 149.99
That was about 190.00 total for these new!
These are no longer available on the Akai site (unless you have a license for one of the big packages or machines, you can't get these). It's a great chance to add these amazing expansions to your collection for a lot less than they sold for new.
Note - no returns since these are software items (to prevent people from copying/installing then returning...) Thanks for understanding!
