We have a 1976 Fender Jazz Bass bridge/tail pickup that is fully and properly functioning. We just tested it on a bass and see the multimeter reading to dead on stock specs. 1976 dated and we did pull this from a 76 bass with the serial on the neck plate. Windings are original. leads are 'possibly' original. The reason we say possible is because the solder is shiny. It may have been heated up but definitely not rewound. What you see in the photo is what you get - 1 pick up and the cover.
