This beauty features the coveted Alpine Moon spruce top and Indian rosewood back/sides.
Alpine Moon spruce is harvested only before the New Moon and is known for its response.
The spruce is lovely and tight-grained; covered in a satin natural coat to allow the stunning blonde color to go untainted and resonate naturally.
The back and sides are Indian rosewood, with fantastic coloring and graining.
The combination of these beautiful woods, combined with the larger body size, results in an absolutely huge sound- bass that you can feel while retaining full note articulation.
The bindings are Indian rosewood, and the rosette features a rope purfling.
The classic tortoiseshell pickguard perfectly compliments the traditional beauty of this Larrivee.
The wonderful one-piece mahogany neck features a fretboard of slick African ebony adorned with vine inlays and bound with maple.
The ebony bridge compliments the fingerboard perfectly.
