100% all original 1970’s Univox Coily U1825 from the Matsumoku factory in Japan. The ‘Coily’ is a completely hollow, thin bodied electric guitar similar to a Gibson ES-330 or Epiphone Casino. Pickups have a nice warm vintage sound. Has skinny bolt-on maple neck with rosewood fingerboard and low action overall—neck is shimmed under heel for better action on higher frets. Sports a floating rosewood adjustable bridge and a very cool Bigsby-style tailpiece for creating smooth vibrato. In excellent condition, everything works well. Flamed Red Burst finish looks great, has some scratches on back. Would make a great beginner electric or a unique & rare vintage piece for the collection. Comes with original chipboard case with velvety blue lining—old school! No trades.
