About This Listing

This jangle machine is done up in that classic FireGlo finish that is quite striking. It pops even more in person and lets the grain of the Maple pop. The 330 is a guitar made with a thinline style of construction with that retro crescent moon style cutaway shape that is iconic. It has a very thick Rosewood fretboard that has finish over top similar to a Maple fretboard. These guitars feel and sound like no other and it has really made them a staple in the guitar community. They're really timeless in all the right ways.

Condition: "good" to "very good". The guitar has some chips in the paint and other cosmetic wear and tear showing it has been used. The majority of this is located on the back of the guitar. There are some other wear marks located on the headstock. The previous owner had left the pickguard manufacturer stick on. Everything functions as it should.

Product Overview
As one of the most popular Rick guitars currently in production, the Rickenbacker 330 has a host of famous fans: Tom Petty, Pete Townshend, Carrie Brownstein, and Johnny Marr, to name a few. The 330 sports Rickenbacker’s classic semi-hollow crescent moon body made of maple. Older 330 models came with the Rickenbacker Toaster pickups, which are more suited to a tone a la The Beatles, while the newer Hi-Gain pickups may sound more like The Smiths. Either way, the Rickenbacker 330 is great for jangly, British-sounding tone.
