1950's Gibson J 45

This one has been played and played and abused and used.

but it is a sweet sounding and playing instrument.

There is no serial number or label or stamp that I can find so I cannot accurately tell you the date but it obviously dates back to the 50's

the tuning gears are not original but follow the same footprint.

there are numerous professionally repaired cracks. PLEASE look at the pictures I have detailed them all in photographs.

The guitar has a bridge doctor installed and it comes in a hardshell gator case.

If you are looking for a pristine guitar move on. If you are looking for a guitar with a ton of history and road miles then this is the one for you.

Many issues are minor and fall under user maintenance. These are things that a buyer of vintage/used electronics should be able to maintain.
Tubes often once taken out of the sockets may need to be rearranged to obtain optimal performance in a tube unit.
Often tube sockets may need to be cleaned with deoxit when tubes are reinserted.
Pots can sometimes be scratchy or develop a flat spot from use. Deoxit is your best solution to resolve a minor issue.
Switches sometimes need to be cleaned or adjusted to make better contact.
