Selling my Gibson Les Paul classic. The guitar has been absolutely amazing, but recently acquired a Les Paul custom and I don’t need two (or at least I shouldn’t keep two).

Guitar plays and sounds fantastic. It’s got that amazing slim 60’s neck that’s super fast. It was made in 2006 back before Gibson went though their “dark days” and the pickups, body, and time has made the tone on this thing absolutely killer. Set up a couple of years ago right after I bought it so still plays very well. No fret buzz and the frets are in great condition.

Overall it’s in very clean condition for the most part and looks amazing in person. It has some belt rash and a few larger scratches on the back. Also has a small blemish in the finish above the pickups. I tried to capture in the photos but everything else is super clean with one exception.

When I got it it had a cracked neck in the back. Took it to Gibson Custom shop certified repair center and they fixed it right up. They did a great job fixing it and you can only notice it in a certain lighting. Did my best to capture in the photo of the back of the neck but it’s hard to capture because as I mentioned it’s very faint and you can only tell in certain lighting. Doesn’t affect the function or playability of the guitar, and the neck is honestly stronger now because of it.

Comes with the original case which is essentially perfect. There’s a small spot in the pics where it looks like maybe some oil/ grease got on it on the inside next to the strap button. But the case has no scratches or dings on it from what I can tell. Comes with upgraded Dunlop strap locks as well.
