Howarth S20C VT oboe

The Howarth S20C VT oboe is one of the top intermediate oboes available on the market! It is very similar to the S40C VT, but features a closed D key for ease of playing. This oboe has so much to offer with extended key work and a beautiful grenadilla body. We are so proud to have these impeccable instruments available in Nebraska. All of our new instruments go through a rigorous check up when they arrive here, ensuring they are in top shape.

Features include the 3rd octave key, articulated C#, and so many other, important features. It also hosts the partially lined top joint to help with stability of adjustments, and to prevent cracking. Several of these features don’t come with other instruments sold in this price range! We have also noticed an incredible difference in tone compared to other comparable brands.
