Marigot is known as one of the world's most famous wind instrument brands, and has built great relationships with some of the world's greatest musicians over the years.
Strasser Marigot was founded in 1935 by three partners: Mr. Strasser, Mr. Marigot, and Mr. Lemaire.
In 1975, he acquired the Marlene company and acquired a larger factory, but from 1981 he decided to concentrate on making oboes and clarinets, and the oboe in particular was used by famous orchestral players in more than 60 countries around the world. It has earned its place as a popular top brand.
《Grand Lemaire》
Two trill systems have been added to the popular "Lemaire", making it even more complete with key equipment.
Not only has the operability been improved to accommodate a variety of passages, but it also has a calmer symphonic tone, allowing for a wider range of musical expression.
[D#-E Trill Single Ring System]
This is the system required when playing a D#-E trill with a C# aftertouch. Costs are reduced by using a single ring instead of the usual double ring.
[LowH-C# Trill System]
This system automatically closes the C# key when you operate the LowH or LowB♭ lever even if you hold down the C# lever of your right little finger. This system is effective not only for trills but also for fast passages.
[1st octave key]
By adopting a new spring system similar to the 901 and M2, trouble with the first octave key's operation has been significantly reduced.
[A♭-B♭ trill key]
The trill key is a must-have for brass bands that often play flat-type music. Without this key, it will be very difficult to play the A♭-B♭ trill. This key is also used for A♯-H trills.
【Joint】
Metal parts are used for each connection between the upper pipe and lower pipe, and the lower pipe and bell pipe. Not only does assembly become smoother, but it also prevents problems caused by changes in the wood.
