Acrolite snare with rounded corners from the early 1980s. Serial is 2152485.

This standard snare was born in the 60's and has the same aluminum-based shell as the standard LM400.
The 80's version has a slightly thicker gray paint, giving it a somewhat tighter image.
Although it is a metal snare, it has the mellowness of wood, and its light response is appealing.
The 8 tension makes it easy to tune, and the snare itself is light, making it a very popular model.

Rust on parts, pits, etc. are noticeable, and the overall impression of use is strong, giving the impression of having been used for its age.
The hoop is about 2.3mm thick, so it is likely to have been replaced later.
The lever of the switch is slightly bent and has a little play, but it seems to be in good working condition.
The overall impression is that it is in player's condition, but the sound itself is good and can still be used without any problems.

Size: 14x5 inches
Shell: Aluminum
Hoop/Tension: Pressed hoop (non-original) 8 tension
Attachment: None
Product Rank: B: Fairly scratched and used, but no problem in normal use.
