About This Listing

The serial number is "185825" which dates it to 1962. The body is in good condition overall, but has a lot of dings, scratches, and scuffs. There are multiple repaired cracks and an area on the edge that was patched. It had a neck re-set about two years ago and a wedge was added under the fretboard extension. The top and/or sides were also over-sprayed at one point.

The neck is straight and the frets show only minor wear. It was re-fretted two years ago also and has not been played much since. It's in excellent playing condition and has no major issues. The fretboard is clean and the back of the neck has no major dings or gouges. The headstock has small nicks around the edges and light wear on the top, but no cracks, repairs or extra holes. The tuners have been replaced with modern Kluson Deluxe ones. The nut is 1.70" wide, the neck measures 0.79" thick at the 1st fret and 0.95" thick at the 9th fret. The action at the 12th fret is 2.25 mm (bass) and 1.75 mm (treble).

It comes in the original Victoria hardshell case which has some general wear on the outside. All of the latches and hinges are in excellent working order and the interior has no bad odors. The handle has been replaced.

Please note that I do not set up my guitars before mailing. I have played it and everything is great as far as I'm concerned, but you may need to change the strings, adjust the action or do other maintenance to get it to your preferences.

I list some of my items on both eBay and Reverb. In the event that this item sells on both marketplaces before I can take the other listing down, I will honor the first sale and refund the second. There will be no exceptions to this!

SHIPPING

$150.00 for UPS Ground. This is only an estimate on the high-end and will probably be less if you are close to the West Coast. I will refund any overcharge if there is any left over beyond the postage and packaging costs. I mail all of my guitars inside guitar boxes and pad with biodegradable peanuts. Local pickup and payment in cash are available, so feel free to contact me if you're local and want to check it out.

TRADES

I am a dealer and am not looking for any more gear for myself. I may not be able to offer much credit on a trade since I'm buying to re-sell. With that said, I will only consider in-person trades due to shipping costs and taxes. Please do not contact me for a trade unless we can meet in person.

OFFERS

I price my guitars as low as possible and don't consider offers, so please do not ask for a lower price!
