Rockville HC-65B-LED 6.5-inch 2-way Speaker Pair | Kevlar Cone + 10 oz. Ferrite Magnet | 8 Ohms + 80 Watts RMS each | 60Hz - 20 kHz 89dB @ 1w/1m in Excellent condition.

For your consideration is a pair of 6.5-inch 2-way speakers with blue LEDs that light up and pulsate with the audio that is played through them.

I bought these with the intent of re-purposing them for use in a little Peavey Audition Chorus Amp that needed 2x replacement 6.5 inch speakers. I thought that would be pretty cool, having the speakers in your amp glow blue and vary in intensity along with your playing. Sadly, I could never get the blue LEDs to actually light up. They're supposed to be auto-magic and simply work. The speakers produce audio and sound good. With the 2-way they're more of a FRFR or PA speaker hi-fidelity sound than simply a guitar speaker, but hey, that's kinda the thing that's been trending the last couple years, right, the pedal board and cab IRs. I mean supposedly that was a huge part of EVH's genius is that he thought about his guitar tone all the way through the signal chain of the mixing/recording desk out through the stereo speakers to the listener's ears, not simply out of the speaker cabinets he played through... My point is, it seemed like a potentially cool way to use these speakers and do something that would be creative, fun & memorable.

So, I don't actually know if I was just being dumb and perhaps someone else can make them work without too much trouble or if the LED part is just not gonna work. I came up with a different solution for that particular amp and these speakers have just been sitting around un-used, so someone else may as well have a go at it... Worst case scenario, they end up just producing audio and no visuals. Best case, they light up and look cool while producing audio, whether you use them as home theatre speakers or in a guitar rig or however you use them.

This listing is for one pair of these speakers. I have another pair, same situation with regard to the LEDs... but if you're interested in a 2nd pair, let me know. We can figure out the details and I can combine the shipping more efficiently.
