Blue Sparkle
This hoop came on a blue sparkle kit from the 60's because they painted the hoops a deep blue. This hoop has been repainted but you can see the original blue showing through. Please see pics.
the foot pedal was inly attached in one place over the years.
The hoops are round on one side and flat on the other.
You can identify this as a Ludwig hoop by the staples.
