About This Listing

Made at the right place and right time, this '64 J-45 is marked by transitional specs. It has a great 60's Cherry sunburst, with the newly debuted adjustable bridge. With a 1 5/8" nut width it is comfy to play for most players and has the perfect Gibson slop shoulder sound. Set-up great by our in-house techs, this one is all ready to go. This example has had the bridge reglued but besides that remains all original. The original frets are low and would benefit from a refret, and the higher frets past the 14th fret have been leveled to be nearly flush with the fretboard. Serial #207488, comes with the original case.
