This Remo vintage 3x13” Piccolo snare drum is in very good condition, perhaps even Excellent condition, with only minor cosmetic wear presenting on the hoops and hardware. The throw and the snare wires are in great condition. The external dampener is very handy and easy to use.
The interior of these drums was NOT painted black, that is a special phenolic coating which Remo applied in-factory.
