The Silver Mod gives this a much more open and natural sound while still giving a nice punch in the mids. Seems I read years ago that Mike Piera created this for Kenny Wayne Sheppard but I may be wrong. Regardless, I know it was on his board for years, might still be. Great pedal -- all of Mike's stuff is world-class.
