Overview

The Fender American Vintage '69 Telecaster Thinline Reissue lived an unfortunately short life in the American Vintage series, in production for only one year from 2012 to 2013. Sporting two American Vintage single-coil pickups, the '69 American Vintage Thinline Tele has the same light body and, relatively speaking, slightly lower price tag than it solid-bodied brethren. Some modern specs have been included, like an updated C-shaped neck profile and nitro-cellulose finish, but the small fingerboard radius, shape, and feel of the American Vintage '69 Tele Thinline remain true to its vintage counterpart.
