The Heritage Audio 2264JR is a killer dual-slot, dual-function 500 Series module with the legendary 2264 compressor and a mic preamp inspired by the classic 1073 design. The 2264JR's sound is all about vibe -- a distinctive and colorful sound that's amazing on vocals and drums. A sidechain high-pass filter was added to the compressor to let low frequencies go through uncompressed, making for a bigger and punchier low-end. When compression isn't needed, switch the 2264JR over to mic pre operation and get the sound of a 1073-inspired preamp with 60dB of gain.
