Arkansas Musicworks is a full line retail music store located in Northwest Arkansas. We proudly provide quality items online while focusing locally on music education and local musicians. Our goal is to provide the lowest prices and the best customer service experience possible.
Shipping Policy
Items will ship out within one business day (unless purchased over the weekend - packages leave on Monday). If for some reason this timeframe will not be met, you will receive an email explaining the circumstances.
We can combine shipping for multiple items on most of our products. Send us an email to receive a combined shipping quote, or simply purchase items, and we will send a partial refund with the difference in shipping.
FedEx Express shipping is available in most cases. Please email to receive a quote.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 30 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
The item must be in original condition to receive a refund. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded unless the item is defective or completely different from the listings.
Packaging must be undamaged; otherwise, a 15% repackaging fee will be imposed. All packaging must be returned with the item. If the item arrives with no packaging or completely torn packaging, a 15% repackaging fee will be imposed. If the plastic protective film is completely removed from a Pickguard, there will be no refunds.
Drum Equipment needs to be returned in the original box and packaged how it was shipped. We will charge a 20% repackaging fee for Drum Equipment that has been returned without the original box it was shipped in. Please make sure that if you set up a stand or rack, that it’s taken apart and wrapped appropriately.
If your item already comes in a box, please do NOT use that box to ship back the item unless that was how it was originally shipped. If an item is shipped using the product’s own box, a 15% repackaging fee will be applied.
Mouthpieces for band instruments automatically come with a sanitation fee if returned. Wooden Mouthpieces are non-returnable.
Exceptions:
-Some Fender items are fulfilled by Fender Customer Care. The packaging is impossible to open without damaging the packaging. If the original packaging comes back, there won’t be a repackaging fee.
-AllParts’/Gibraltar’s products come surrounded by plastic and it’s impossible to remove the packaging without damaging the packaging. If the cardboard with the part number comes back, we’ll process a refund without a repackaging fee.
-Graphtech Nuts/Saddles can be returned open but the cardboard that comes with the item must be returned with the item, or a 15% repackaging fee is applied to the return.
We are a Local Business in Northwest Arkansas, your returns need to come back to our warehouse and not to a site warehouse (Amazon, Ebay, Reverb…). If the wrong item is returned, we’ll do our best to contact you, but we will not refund your order until the correct item is returned.
We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value of the item has been diminished in some way.
All returns need to have a return request or a return open on the website it was purchased from. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the Customer Service Team overrides it.
