Shipping Policy
Most items will ship within 3-5 business days.
Most items ship via FedEx or UPS. Items will only ship via USPS that meet package requirements. Additional shipping charges may incur to ALASKA/HAWAII/APO/FPO addresses. Packages under 10lbs will be shipped USPS.
Over-sized packages may result in additional shipping charges.
International buyers will be responsible for their duties and taxes required by their country. We will never quote VAT or import fees in shipping quotes.
Damaged Shipments?
If an item was damaged during shipping, a shipping claim must be filed within 2 days of delivery. See instructions below for all shipping damage claims.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Customers who get an item that matches the description and decide not to retain it for any reason are responsible for paying return postage. Whether promoted as "free," they will also be accountable for the initial delivery cost. Our policy permits the restocking charge to be waived in the event that a customer decides to use their credit toward an exchange, a different item, or more items in general. The 20% restocking charge will be taken from the refund if the client wishes to return an item that was received as described and within the specified handling time. Items accepted when they don't qualify for return under the policy (earphones, headphones, reeds, mouthpieces, vintage, worn, etc.) or returns that were correctly stated but returned may be subject to extra costs at our discretion. Even if the advertisement said that there were initial shipping costs, those costs, together with the restocking fee, will be taken from the refund we credit. There is no such thing as "free" shipping, therefore original postage will always be deducted from your refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were shipped. Additional fees could be incurred if things are delivered in a different state than when they were sent. We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any returns.
We have been in business for a long time; we haven't gotten where we are by treating people unfairly. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, that's okay. We won't force you to retain anything you don't like. We just ask that you refrain from expecting us to pay for your trial and subsequent refusal to purchase anything. These days, shipping is costly, as you may have already discovered if you mailed your item back to us. This is in addition to the cost we previously expended to deliver your item to you.
