Shipping Policy

All items will ship via UPS or USPS within 1-2 business days of cleared payment, Monday through Thursday. If an order is purchased and cleared for shipping on Friday before 1 p.m. CST, it will ship the same day. If a purchase is made on a Friday after 1 P.M. or over the weekend, your item will not ship until the following Monday at the earliest. Shipping providers and services are chosen based on delivery times and current rates. Many Brand New & B-Stock items will ship in their original as shipped from the manufacture packaging unless otherwise noted. Used items may, or may not, have the original packaging. Flat rate shipping applies to the lower 48 United States only.

If you are not happy with your purchase, Brand New items may be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery for a full refund less the original shipping amount. B-Stock & Used items have a 7 day return policy. B-Stock & Used items will generally show signs of wear but are fully functional and ready to play. In the event a return needs to be arranged, please include all the original as shipped packaging that arrived with your order, or a Restocking Fee* may be issued. Otherwise you will receive a full refund less any original shipping charges. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.

We will setup every guitar to factory specs and standards while in stock, but with differences in temperature and humidity that happens during transport, please understand that minor adjustments may need to be made upon unboxing to suit your playing style.

All of our Reverb items are also available for sale in our showroom on site. In very rare instances, an item may sell at our store within the same day, hours, or even minutes of also being sold on Reverb. We watch this very close to ensure that this does not happen, but if it does, we will have to cancel your Reverb order and refund your money if you have already paid.
