General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Items that were delivered free will have an additional fee deducted from the refund to cover our cost of shipping the product to its destination.
Please understand that no instrument is perfect. Each has its unique character, and minor imperfections are part of the natural charm of a musical instrument. While we strive to provide detailed images, including close-ups of any noticeable blemishes, not every minor irregularity will be visible in photos. We encourage our customers to appreciate these small idiosyncrasies. As such, we ask for your understanding that these minor imperfections do not constitute valid reasons for a free return.
