We have a decade of experience in integration, sales, design and installation. NSS offers equipment from our custom shop, and through approved full line dealerships.
Shipping Policy
Most items will ship out the same business day or with one business day handling time. Certain items may have a 2-4 day handling time, but we work to process orders as quickly as possible. I will ship with tracking and full insurance to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send me a message. We do not ship internationally or to buyers using freight forwarding services
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 30 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 15%
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
UNOPENED/UNSEALED new and mint condition items shall be eligible for a full refund (No restocking fee!) up to 30 days from original purchase date less the original shipping cost. New and mint condition items that are unsealed and opened/used will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any items that are DOA shall be eligible for a refund within 7 days of receipt. All used items sold As-is shall not be eligible for return.
