Palen Music Center has been family-owned and operated for over 60 years. We specialize in high-end musical gear and love to serve our customers. Shipping Policy
Most orders placed by 3:00PM CST Monday-Friday are shipped the same day after payment has been approved. Exceptions include any large items that require additional inspection and packing time.
All items are fully insured at no additional charge. Your shipment will be shipped using the highest level of industry-standard packing materials, in every attempt to make sure it arrives in ready-to-play condition. We will notify you prior to shipment if your instrument requires any special attention.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our International shipping rates are displayed on the item listing. Please feel free to message us directly for shipping quotes on specific items with any questions.
If your order contains Rosewood, or any other CITES restricted woods, your shipment might be delayed due to Customs processing standards that Palen Music Center, Inc. is subject to as the shipper.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
New products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product, buyer pays return shipping- unless there is an issue with the product malfunctioning. Special orders and Pre-Orders are non-refundable unless damaged. The product must be unopened and shipped back in original packaging.
Used items have a 72 hour return policy and the buyer pays shipping both ways.
Items listed as consignment or Vintage are NOT eligible for returns.
Special orders cannot be canceled after the order has been placed with Palen Music Center.
When paying with Affirm, the following return policies apply in addition to the seller's return policies: returns are accepted 7 days of ordering new items and 3 days of receiving used items. Read more on the Affirm FAQ.
