Packing:
Guitars are shipped with padding inside their original box (unless they are in a case), which is then packed with more padding inside a bigger shipping container.
Shipping & Handling Time:
Items normally ship within 3-5 business days depending on the warehouse.

Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 10%
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Buyer must contact Wire Meets Wood before sending any returns and submit a request for return in Reverb.
Drum kits, drum/banjo heads, cymbals, cases, hand percussion, software, harmonicas, mouthpieces and in-ear earphones are not returnable.
Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If return is received with damage or signs of wear, refund may be reduced.
Buyer receives refund less 10% restock fee unless incorrect or defective product is received.
