FENDER Mexi Telecaster Neck with Matney B Bender Body

ITEM:  Matney B Bender Telecaster Body/2011 FENDER Mexi Neck

CONDITION:  Relic

ISSUES: Aged/Worn

This is listed as "Very Good" only because of the relic job on the body. There is no additional wear to the original relic job. That being said, it would fall in the "Excellent" category.

The pickups are 2007 Mexi standard.

The bridge pickup measures 10.49 and the neck measures 8.72.

The bender system is awesome (I have another and don’t need two). I’ve owned the Parsons/White, Parsons/Green and Forrest Lee Jr benders and this one is as good or better than any.

This weighs in at 8 lbs 7 oz.

Two piece poplar body from Mario Martin’s Guitar Mill in Murfreesboro, TN.

The body is built to 50’s Fender specifications and will fit any standard spec Fender or Fender licensed neck.

The body was finished by Darrin Matney in a  “Sonic Blue” relic finish with a satin lacquer clear coat.

The B Bender was built and installed by Darrin Matney of Matney USA Custom Bender Guitars in Rockwell, NC. It is adjustable for the stopping point (for precise “in tune” note bending) and for the spring tension (for a light or heavy feel).

No case but will be shipped in a crappy aftermarket gig bag only for additional protection.
