The Fender Vintera II Series: Era-Specific Classics for Less

Today, Fender has officially debuted the models comprising its new Vintera II Series of guitars. These models follow in the footsteps of the original vintage-inspired Vintera series from 2019, offering players a new assortment of guitars and basses with period-correct details in a selection of classic Fender finishes.

The new Vintera II Series features updates to some of the models from the original Vintera series, but excitingly, some new-to-the-series body shapes are also being introduced this year. These include the new '50s Nocaster on the guitar end, as well as a new '60s Bass VI model.

The Bass VI, which has been on offer from Squier, has been a popular model for both guitarists and bassists for some time, so it's particularly cool to see it joining this new and refreshed Fender product line.

All of the series models feature vintage-inspired pickups voiced to match the sounds of their original counterparts, as well as period-correct neck shapes and radii. Most of the models also feature rosewood fingerboards, save for a few featuring bound maple.

As with the original Vintera models, all of the made-in-Mexico guitars and basses in the new Vintera II line are affordable and available now. Shop the full Vintera II Series right here on Reverb now.
