The AstroLab is a stage keyboard designed with more than 1000 iconic and futuristic sounds drawn from Arturia's software ecosystem—including AnalogLab, V Collection, and Pigments—which are all accessible without the need for a laptop.
Inside is a collection of presets from vintage synthesizers, organs, pianos, and electric pianos, all enhanced by Arturia's True Analog Emulation and sophisticated physical modeling synthesis. Each sound can consist of two parts, allowing for either layering or splitting across the keyboard. Sounds are meticulously categorized by type and instrument, and there is even an Artist section showcasing sound sets inspired by renowned synthesists from various eras.
The AstroLab comes with its mobile app, AstroLab Connect, which lets you control and manage your sound library and playlists on the go via a mobile device and sync the settings to the keyboard. It can seamlessly integrate as a controller for Analog Lab, merging the versatility of software instruments with the dependability of hardware into a compact, cost-effective keyboard. Utilize the Analog Lab software to configure sounds, effects, and Macro controller assignments. Then, effortlessly synchronize your settings with AstroLab using either its USB-C connection or Wi-Fi.
