Video: Keeley's New Noble Screamer Brings Two Classic Circuits To One Unit | Just In

Keeley has just unveiled a brand-new pedal called the Noble Screamer. The pedal is a four-in-one boost and overdrive that sees Keeley wiring up two famously green circuits into one singular unit with shared level, drive, and tone controls. With this pedal, Keeley is also debuting its new lightweight aluminum wedge form factor.

An OD/TS switch can be found below both the tone and drive knobs, allowing players to change the functionality of the dial to be more in line with the overdrive flavor they're after. In the OD position, the tone knob acts as a spectrum EQ for boosting treble and bass while the TS position turns the knob into a low-pass filter that only rolls off the highs.

For the drive knob, setting the switch to OD will give you a hard-clipped Nobles-esque drive with a beefier low-end while TS will given you the soft-clipped drive of a lightly driven tube amp, quite similar to a Tube Screamer.

Be sure to check out the full video above to hear Andy put the pedal through its paces and see what the pedal is capable of. The new Keeley Noble Screamer is available now on Reverb for $199 USD brand-new.
