Items shipped through FedEx mainly, USPS upon request (continental U.S. only, extra charges may apply).
Austin Guitar House is CLOSED SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS. All Items purchased Saturday-Monday will ship the following TUESDAY. This also includes some items purchased Fridays. If expedited shipping is needed. Please contact us.
In alliance with Reverb Protection Policy, we can not and will not redirect packages, or have packages held for pickup. All packages MUST be delivered to the address entered at the time of purchase.
We do not lower declared values on international packages. Customers should consult Customs in their own country about additional charges prior the purchase. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, overseas customers should expect higher costs for shipping.
