New Guitar & Amps - Free UPS Ground shipping within USA.
Pre-Owned Guitars - $50 minimum UPS Ground shipping within USA.
Pre-Owned Amps - $50 minimum UPS Ground shipping within USA.
Effects, Parts & Accessories - $4.00 US First Class Mail if under 1lb and under $50, $8.00 if over 1lb and under $50 within Continental USA.
Our policies are designed to protect you (the customer) and us (the seller) from fraud. No exceptions!
- Orders received prior to 12:00pm EST are typically shipped the same day (Tuesday - Friday).
- Orders received after 12:00pm EST are typically shipped the next business day (Tuesday - Friday).
- Orders received on Saturday, Sunday & Monday are typically shipped on the following Tuesday.
- Domestic orders (U.S.A only) are shipped via UPS Ground or U.S. Mail, at our discretion.
- Alternative shipping methods are available. Please contact us for more info.
- All orders are insured for full value.
- All orders + $500 are shipped adult signature required.
- All orders + $500 are shipped to your PayPal verified address.

New Items
Returnable within 2 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 10%
Used & Vintage Items

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
- Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
- We accept returns on NEW instruments, for exchange or refund 2 calendar days after delivery of the product.
At our sole discretion after 2 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way, or re-salable in new, unused condition.
No refunds on any electronic products, unless it is damaging in shipping. This includes (new or used) amplifiers, pedals, effects. If it has a power cord or battery, it is considered an electronic device.
No refunds on any clothing.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately.
Items that are received defective, may qualify for exchange, store credit or refund - at our sole discretion.
Items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a full refund (including shipping).
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Again you MUST contact us within 2 days prior to returning ANY item back to our store.
Items returned to us AFTER 3 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
I reserve the right to refuse any order that does not meet our payment and shipment policies.
